  • Challenged to establish and manage a creative department to provide on-demand design and production work to support the efforts of the newly-created in-house Marketing department that propelled this top US law firm to international prominence with 14 offices at its peak in 2001. Teamed with various departments including IT, Web, HR and Practice Support to fulfill needs for manuals, court graphics, web site artwork and marketing resources.
  • Saved the firm over $200,000 in the first 18 months by personally designing and producing event invitations and practice group marketing materials that had previously been outsourced to prestigious design firms.
  • Spearheaded complete overhaul of the Brobeck corporate identity in 2000; redesigned the logo mark and all branding items, managed the bid process and supervised final printing of all offset and engraved materials.
  • Provided consistency and continuity during extended period of rapid firm growth and leadership turnover that saw the expansion of the Marketing department from a few specialists to over 24 talented professionals.
  • Orchestrated creation of Brobeck's nationally-recognized 1999 to 2002 ad campaign from concept to launch by preparing all design and layout work for top 15 national publications and managing traffic and deadlines.
